Dunnes workers bring case to Labour Court for preliminary hearing

Mandate Trade Union members in Dunnes Stores attended the Labour Court today (Wednesday, 1st June 2016) for the preliminary hearing on the claim for secure hours and decent work at the company.

The Court will now be seeking submissions from both Mandate and Dunnes ahead of the full hearing which is expected to be held in a number of weeks. We will keep all members updated as the case progresses.
