Follow-Up on Your 2025 Pay & Benefits Claim

Dear Members,

We want to update you that Mandate have today issued a follow-up letter to Dunnes Stores Head Office regarding your 2025 Pay & Benefits Claim. Although the claim was submitted some time ago, the Company has not yet responded or provided any update to workers.

With Christmas fast approaching — the busiest and most demanding period of the year for Dunnes staff — many members have expressed uncertainty and frustration at the lack of communication from the Company on issues that directly affect your pay, security, and family responsibilities.

Your claim, which was overwhelmingly endorsed in this year’s national survey, includes:

· A 10% pay increase for all staff

· Improved sick pay (8 weeks fully paid)

· Retention of the staff discount upon retirement

· Paid maternity and paternity leave

In our letter, Mandate has emphasised that Dunnes workers deserve clarity and a clear pathway towards meaningful improvements to your terms and conditions. At a time when you are working under significant pressure to deliver for the business and its customers, it is only reasonable to expect an update from your employer.
